Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Ayurvedic cookies and juices. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition, and the packaging must be undamaged. Due to the nature of our products, once they are opened or consumed, they cannot be returned. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@wellkaya.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@wellkaya.com with photos and details of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our Ayurvedic cookies and juices, we cannot accept returns for opened or consumed products. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special orders, or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, the quickest solution is to return the item you purchased and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete and post the refund.
